By Using the John Ryan Real Estate Website, you as the User agree too:
You will supply accurate and up to date information when inquiring about a property listed on the John Ryan Real Estate website, including your full name, contact phone numbers, and email. By contacting John Ryan Real Estate, you agree to recieve email correspondence, telephone calls and /or faxes from John Ryan Real Estate.
By contacting John Ryan Real Estate to sell your home or business for you, you warrant that you have not signed any agreement with another real estate agent or broker and that you authorise John Ryan Realty to act solely on your behalf as an exclusive agent.
Clients of John Ryan Real Estate
1. You as the prospective Client agree that you will not attempt to contact the owner/seller of any property from information gained through this website, and you will not attempt to enter a property listed or approach the people at the listed address without an appointment with a member of the John Ryan Real Estate Staff.
2. As the Client or website Visitor, you agree to abide by all copyright laws when viewing the content of the John Ryan Real Estate website including but not limited to, any data or material where John Ryan Real Estate or others hold the copyright.
3. You agree that John Ryan Real Estate may also represent other prospective buyers seeking to purchase properties that may meet you the clients criteria.
4. You the Client authorise John Ryan Real Estate to review and provide copies of various documentation pertaining to a transaction with another Client. This includes but is not limited to home inspection reports and closing documents.
5. You the Client agree to immediately notify John Ryan Real Estate in the event that you enter into an agreement with another real estate agent.
6. All home data provided is for personal, sole and private non-commercial use of the client and you are not allowed to redistribute, retransmit or copy these. You the Client may not sell or use the John Ryan Real Estate website data for any purpose, other than the purpose of attempting to evaluate houses or properties for sale, lease, holiday rental or purchase.
7. You the User acknowledge that the custom built scripting that run the John Ryan Real Estate website which supplies the listing data, remains the property of AUH Internet you acknowledges the validity of the copyright to such data.
All home data provided is for the personal, sole and private, non-commercial use of the Client and not available for redistribution, retransmission or copying. The Client may not sell or use the website data for any purpose, other than the purpose of attempting to evaluate houses or properties for sale or purchase.
Termination of John Ryan Real Estate Website Use
John Ryan Real Estate reserves the right to terminate User and/or Client access to the Website and/or cease doing business with any person who uses profanity, obscenity, vulgarity or offensive, threatening, unlawful, harmful, harassing, tortious, defamatory, libelous, invasive, hateful, abusive or otherwise objectionable language, behavior or conduct in any manner towards any John Ryan Real Estate employee, agent, contractor or customer, on the Website, in emails, in telephone conversations or messages, in writing, or in person. Additionally, John Ryan Real Estate reserves the right to refuse to do business with any person in JohnRyan Real Estate's discretion, consistent with local, state and federal fair housing and other laws.

You may download, view and print a single copy of any other content, solely for your personal and non-commercial purposes, subject to the restrictions set forth in this Agreement. All right, title, and interest in and to the John Ryan Real Estate website and any other content appearing on the John Ryan Real Estate website, will remain the exclusive property of the aforementioned and its licensors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither John Ryan Real Estate nor any of its directors, employees, agents, or content or service providers shall be liable to Client, User or any other third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising out of the use of this service or inability to gain access to or use this service or out of any breach of any warranty, even if John Ryan Real Estate has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
By choosing to use the John Ryan Real Estate website, you agree to indemnify John Ryan Real Estate, its officers, agents, partners, and employees from any and all claims or damage, including reasonable solicitor's fees, made by third parties due to, or arising out of Content you choose to submit to John Ryan real Estate; or of your use of or connection to the John Ryan Real Estate website; your violation of this Agreement; or, your violation of any rights of another.
